If you wish to make a complaint or return your order, please note our return policies.


Please do not return goods without consultation.

How can I return incorrect items or an incorrect quantity of an item?

After reception of your complaint request, we will get in touch with you.

The return is possible:

  • if the goods are in their original packaging.
  • the minimum value is 50,00 € net.
  • within the first 12 months after invoice date.

Please note:

The administrative costs can be up to 20% of the value of the goods and any freight costs incurred will be deducted from the credit. Please consult a Häfele contact person who will be happy to advise you.

Can I return custom orders?

The return of special orders is not possible. If you have any questions, please reach out to a Häfele contact person.

How can I return an incorrect or defective item?

Please follow the steps below:

  • Fill in our complaint form and deliver us a precise error description.
  • Add pictures to the description of the damaged item, showing the problem visibly.
  • Do not dispose items unless requested by a Häfele contact person.
  • Declare the number and type of packages.        
  • Provide us the pick-up address.
     
When will I receive credit for my complaint?

As soon as we have examined your reclamation, we will inform you of the next steps. After successful approval, you will receive your credit note after the processing of your return has been completed.
