For processing straight edges on HOLZ-HER edge gluing machines
For edge gluing in HOLZ-HER cartridge systems with a feed rate of 10 m/minute or above
Edging material: Solid wood, veneer, melamine, polyester, HPL*, PVC*, ABS*, PP*
(*Suitability depends on the special characteristics of the edging material and the pre-treatment thereof)

Reactive, polyurethane-based hot-melt adhesive system
Fast setting
high initial strength
Chemical cross-linking within a few days
Results in a non-melting, insoluble Duroplast
extremely high heat resistance (>150 °C) and flexibility at low temperatures
excellent water resistance
produces a tight joint
Softening point (ring and ball): ~85 °C
Viscosity (Brookfield): 150 °C ~30,000 mPas
Recommended processing temperature: 150 °C
Curing period to attain final strength: 2-5 days
